Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Operations, the Store Manager is responsible for the following aspects of our Brossard store: planning, directing, and coordinating store operations in accordance with corporate objectives and practices to optimize sales and thereby contribute to a great Mayrand customer experience. Your tasks will consist mainly of:
Marketing Activity Plan
- Plan and coordinate thematic marketing activities within defined budgets;
- Coordinate with procurement and operations to deliver well-executed promotional operations;
- Coordinate activities with the digital marketing expert;
- Strengthen the rigor of processes and put in place good practices;
- Manage service providers;
- Measure performance and prepare analyzes;
Partnerships
- Take part in the experience shaping of existing partnerships
- Initiate and coordinate actions or events (demonstrations, workshops, co-marketing ...) in order to make them memorable
- Identify and develop useful content for B2B customers
- Explore the market to initiate new partnership proposals
- Innovate in the design of activities and their communication
Brand experience
- Participate in the customer knowledge program (including customer studies) and integrate learning into creations and activities
- Develop the brand's identity in-store and online, on the various points of contact with customers
- Work with the agency, operations and suppliers to develop new ways of communicating the brand
E-commerce development
- Develop the content of the e-commerce website mayrand.ca;
- Continue the growth of the online product catalog (enrichment, photo management with a photographer, integration of SEO best practices;
- Innovate in digital content (video, interviews, ...).
Skills required :
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in marketing, sales or category management
- Knowledge of the food industry, retail or restaurant industry understanding is a plus
- Thoroughness into practice and good organizational ability
- Creativity and strong motivation for innovation
- Digital practice or learning will
- Good working knowledge of MS Office suite software, Photoshop / In Design is a plus
- Bilingual, perfect drafting ability in French required
