Marketing and Communication Assistant

Do you want to carry out various marketing actions in a Quebec company, using the most modern technologies and means of communication on the market? We have an open position for you.

We are looking for a full-time or part-time marketing assistant from September 2023 within our marketing team. The work is hybrid mode, at home and on-site. Work schedules are adjustable as needed (according to the student's schedule). We manage all marketing, e-commerce and client experience activities in the Mayrand Food Service Group, for our mayrand.ca stores activities and mayrandplus.ca distribution services, in Anjou.

This position can be in the form of an internship or a part-time or full-time job: students in marketing or interested in the field are welcome!

You will join the marketing team as Marketing Assistant, you will be in direct contact with the decision-making centers and will participate concretely in the reflections and achievements.

The projects and activities assigned to you will relate to the following areas:

• Social media activities: content creation, strategy, brand development and analysis of performance for Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook and Twitter.
• Professional content for our B2B activities: analyzing and identifying best practices in the international market, developing and creating digital themed content.
• Creating food-related content: trends, product uses, culinary practices, etc.
• Photo shoots: operational management of in-store photo shoots.
• Digital tools and business platform: practices and contributions to the use of new technology, in direct coordination with members of the marketing team.
• Special projects: managing projects within the team.
