Want to participate in the digital operations of a Quebec-based company, using the most modern web technology and means of communication on the market? We have just the job for you.

You will join the marketing team as Marketing and E-commerce Project Manager, reporting to the E-commerce and Digital Transformation Manager. All online transactional activities, digital marketing and customer experience are overseen by Mayrand Food Service Group, for both Mayrand store activities and the Mayrand Plus distribution service for professionals. You will be in direct contact with the logistics department, customer service, sales teams and our tech partners, and involved in the planning and implementation of projects.

The subject matter and activities you will be handling will cover the following areas:

  • E-commerce platform: contribution to activities related to online customer orders, configuration management and analysis
  • Contribution to customer database management, web contact management, and customer segmentation and operational information
  • Designing activity and performance reports
  • Digital tools and e-commerce platform: supporting the adoption of new technologies, both internally and externally
  • Social media activities: development of content, solutions and expert content, performance analysis, B2B audience development
  • Coordination of communications (newsletters)
  • B2B content for restaurant professionals: identification of market best practices, creation of innovative digital content
  • Restaurant, hotel and institutional industry expertise: use and deployment of content for our Brandpoints Plus loyalty program, analysis of industry leaders
  • Contribution to the operational management of product shoots
  • Special projects: management of projects from start to finish within the team

Necessary qualifications and skills:

  • University education (Bachelor's degree, certificate or equivalent) in business administration (marketing, commerce or related field)
  • Perfect writing skills in French and ability to fully express yourself in English
  • Digital skills, keen to use new technology
  • Autonomy and sense of organization
  • Reliability
  • Creativity
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or equivalent and digital communications, with SEM – SEO being assets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Interest in the food, restaurant or retail industry, an asset
  • Bilingualism
