As a logistics clerk, you will be responsible for managing the reception and expedition of merchandise, from the direct relationship with logistic partners up to the warehouse management system operations.

Your tasks will consist mainly of

  • Help to unload deliveries and to load customers' orders 
  • Check the orders and items received and sent
  • Check the status of items in the inventory and adjust when necessary (items scanner)
  • Operate the forklift when necessary
  • Check bills of lading and invoices
  • Offer good customer service with different carriers
  • Perform other general cleaning tasks
  • Coordinate and prioritize logistics operations

Skills required

  • Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in logistic management, either in grocery or in warehouse
  • Hold a secondary 5 diploma or equivalent
  • Good knowledge and fluency in French in oral and written
  • Have a sense of organization
  • Ability to communicate
  • Have a commercial sense
  • Team spirit
  • Initiative and autonomy
  • Availability and flexibility
