Reporting directly to the Distribution and Logistics Director, the incumbent will be responsible for coordinating tasks related to preparing orders, invoicing, and the different routes assigned to employees. The ideal candidate must be organized and methodical.

Your tasks will consist mainly of

  • Prepare invoices for the following day’s routes and distribute them to the relevant employees
  • Run invoicing updates
  • Print the various end-of-day reports
  • All other related tasks

Qualifications and skills required

  • High school diploma (DES) or equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Working knowledge of spoken and written English
  • Excellent knowledge of the greater Montreal area
  • Knowledge of geolocation tools (an asset)
  • Good practical knowledge of the MS Office suite and solid experience with as well as solid experience with systems integration tools (ERP and CRM)
  • Resourcefulness, autonomy, initiative, collaborative spirit, and the ability to work under pressure
