As a fish manager assistant, you’ll be in charge of fish and sea-food procurement, store's selling area management, your team's management and customer service.

Your tasks will consist mainly of

  • In collaboration with your manager, you lead the supply and the go-to-market activities in order to value the quality of the product
  • Supervise the work of your team
  • Cut, pack, weigh and label sea products
  • Good knowledge and fluency in French in oral and written
  • Place products daily to make them available to customers
  • Rotate inventory (product quality, loss prevention management)

  • Ensure the required temperature and storage conditions, as per MAPAQ directives
  • Ensure the overall cleanliness of the department (maintenance of equipment, displays and work area)
