E-commerce Orders Coordinator

The E-commerce Orders Coordinator will be part of the store's operations team and will be responsible for preparing orders and serving customers when they pick up their online purchases.

Your tasks will consist mainly of

  • Creating a link between our commerce platform and ERP tool to ensure the seamless management of customer orders
  • Handling the administrative management of documents necessary for the preparation and delivery of goods
  • Ensuring the order preparation area is optimized, clean and efficient
  • Being the order preparation team’s point of reference and preparing their work
  • Training your team to properly use order forms and pick-up lists
  • Ensuring there is good communication between the store’s various departments and the Mayrand E-commerce Order Coordinator
  • Delivering high-quality, welcoming and reliable service to customers
  • Measuring your performance and areas of improvement, and continuously searching for ways to enhance your performance

Skills required

  • Minimum (2) years experience in logistics, customer service or an equivalent field
  • Fluency in oral and written French (English fluency is a bonus)
  • Organizational, time-management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work with computer tools
  • Customer service skills
  • Team spirit and the ability to provide support to the operational teams
  • Autonomy, ability to take initiative and work well under pressure
