As an order E-commerce Order Shipping Clerk, you will be responsible for assembling and preparing merchandise orders directly linked to the various suppliers using the company's WMS software.

Your tasks will consist mainly of
- Collect order products from stock and assemble customer orders
- Handle products to guarantee product quality and MAPAQ standards
- Check the orders to be shipped in coordination with the experts from the fresh departments
- Check the status of items in the inventory and make the necessary adjustments (use items scanner)
- Operate the forklift
- Effectively use the picking sheets
- Offer good customer service with different carriers
- Perform other general cleaning tasks
- Communicates with the Ecommerce Shipping Manager and the Ecommerce Orders Coordinator
Skills required
- Possess skills or experience in logistics management in the food retail or warehouse or in industries requiring the same practical sense and rigour of execution
- Hold a secondary 5 diploma or equivalent
- Have a sense of personal and team organization
- Good knowledge and fluency in French in oral and written
- Ability to communicate
- Team spirit
