Your tasks will mainly consist of :
- Carry out a daily tour to establish priorities and supervise the work of the team
- Provide sufficient quantity and variety of merchandise on the shelves
- Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability of the department
- Keep abreast of new products
- Ensure the supply and marketing of products
- Manage loss prevention and maintain adequate inventory levels
- Monitor product quality, expiration dates, and ensure stock rotation
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, displays and work area
- Carry out cuts of meat, poultry and other products
- Receive merchandise while respecting the cold chain
- Complete purchase orders according to inventory levels
- Respect hygiene and sanitation standards
- Respect health and safety standards

Qualifications and skills required:
- Good command of the production table (experience in cutting)
- Experience in management is an important asset
- Experience in wholesale sales (asset)
- Good knowledge of portioning (asset)
- DEP - Retail Butcher or equivalent
