Are you in the food business and you are known for your excellent customer service? Mayrand Inc. is currently seeking butchers.
Your tasks will consist mainly of
- Make cuts of meat, poultry and other products
- Prepare meat for sale (cut, string, weight)
- Monitor product quality and expiry dates, and ensure stock rotation
- Apply to health and safety standards
- Stay informed about new products
- Receive supplied goods while respecting the cold chain
- Prepare purchase orders quantities as per stock levels
- Track product ordered by customers
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, displays and working area
- Respect the standards of hygiene and salubrity
Skills required
- DEP - retail butcher
- Workplace Learning Program (ALMP)
- Good knowledge and fluency in French in oral and written
